An amateur site about the life and upbringing of popular live-bearing fish or live-bearing fish, as we mostly call them.

Live-bearing animals are the most common fish in aquaristics, they live in mountain streams,

sweet lakes, estuaries and the coastal zone of warm seas.

The small underwater world (aquarium) should be as similar as possible to the habitat or

the living environment of the species we cultivate.

Mostly peaceful, colorful fish.

But there are also special ones here.
